INAA held its AGM on 2nd November 2018 in Cape Town.
More than 50% of members present or validly represented, hence the quorum was reached.
The AGM approved the annual audited accounts ending 30 June 2018 as well as the budget for 2018/2019.
Two Board members ended their second mandate and could not ber e-elected. The INAA Chairman thanked Vimal Damry and Jay Freeberg for their valuable support as Directors for the past four years.
The AGM elected the following Board members:
- Shariq Contractor, CNK & Associates, India as chairman
- Ed Turner, Turner Stone & Company, USA, as vice-chairman
- Michel Tudel, Absoluce, France, has been elected for the 1st term as director
- Michael Annen, Buchhaltungs und Revisions AG, Switzerland, has been elected for the 1st term as director
The current Board is composed of :

- Ed Turner, Turner Stone & Company, USA, as vice-chairman
- Michel Tudel, Absoluce, France, as director
- Michael Annen, Buchhaltungs und Revisions AG, as director

- Eladio Acevedo, Eudita, Spain, as director
- Andrea Baudo, Baudo & Partners, Italy, as director
- Jörg Bornhausen, Bornhausen Consulting, Germany, as director
- M. Srinivasan, M. Srinivasan & Associates, India, as director
- Treasurer: Dirc Fröschen, Dr. Neumann Schmeer und Partner, Germany
Luca Aniasi, Karsten Schmidt and Cees Meijer were appointed (unopposed) by a show of hands as the members of the Nominating Committee recruited from members.
