Werner EGGER
About
Werner Egger received his degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) in 2006. He has worked as a management consultant for Confida since 2001 and was appointed tax consultant in 2008 and public accountant in 2013. His focus is on tax consulting for clients, including criminal tax law and international tax law. He also has extensive experience in management consulting with a focus on star-up support and temporary management.

Alexander GREYER
About
Dr. Alexander Greyer completed his PhD studies of business administration at the University of Graz in 1994. Later on he acquired his qualifications as tax Advisor and certified public accountant. Since 1994 (eight years with an international accounting firm in Vienna), Dr. Greyer has been dealing with audits according to national and international auditing standards (ISA), the implementation of special audits, due diligence investigations, business valuations and M & A transactions and the preparation of expert reports. In 2012, Dr. Greyer became generally sworn and court-certified expert for accounting.
Dr. Alexander Greyer is in charge of large industrial companies, the media industry and banks, particularly in an international context.
