Birgit started her career at Dr. Neumann, Schmeer und Partner mbB in 2000. She is a certified accountant and was admitted as a tax consultant in 2004.

Adeola Adesanya is a pioneer member and currently an Executive Director/Partner at PML. He serves as a key member of the technical team. He has about 14 years experience in providing accounting services, International Financial Reporting Standards implementation and other financial advisory services to clients; and serving the growing PML’s clientele. He currently oversees the deployment of specialized software – GRC, accounting and HR software, accounting service and HR outsourcing functions of the company.

He ensures quality assurance in software deployment and accounting service functions. He has been involved in Financial Due Diligence projects and review of Internal Audit practice for financial institutions. An Accounting and business software facilitator. Adeola enjoy engaging in business and economic analysis.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, he worked at BGL Plc in Financial Control and Investment Management department. Adeola has experience in financial and regulatory reporting, review of management account for the purpose of audit preparation, portfolio and bank reconciliation, management of corporate and high net worth individuals’ portfolio, team player in market making activities.
Adeola holds an MBA in Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, Abiola worked at KPMG and rose to the position of Manager before joining IFRS Partner Limited (a subsidiary of Issues Central Inc. Canada) as Senior Consultant.

Abiola has extensive experience in audit, International Financial Reporting Standards, risk management, accounting services, financial advisory, process improvement and business development working with clients in banking, insurance, assets management, pension, private equity fund, funds, NGOs/donor agencies and regulators. A goal getter with passion for quality and results.

Jamie is a member of ACCA and CIOT and heads up the tax department at Wagstaffs. With an extensive background in auditing small and medium enterprises, Jamie is a specialist in the corporate tax regime, particularly relating to international enterprises trading in the UK. Eladio Acevedo, graduated in Economics and Business (Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, Madrid) in 1.993, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant by the Official Auditors' Register in 1.996, he is the main partner and the General Manager of Persevia Auditores de Cuentas, S.L., which was created in 1990 as a consulting firm specialized in bookkeeping, accounts preparation and personal tax returns. Born in the UK and educated in the US, Nick founded Puente Sur in 1995 in Santiago, Chile. Over the past 17 years, Nick has grown the company from a two-person office to 50+ employees serving over 70 clients operating in a broad range of industries. He is either the legal representative for or on the Board of Directors of over 30 companies in Chile. Prior to forming Puente Sur, Nick held positions at Citicorp in Santiago and at Morningstar (financial publishing company) in Chicago. He is married and has three boys.

Werner Egger received his degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) in 2006. He has worked as a management consultant for Confida since 2001 and was appointed tax consultant in 2008 and public accountant  in 2013. His focus is on tax consulting for clients, including criminal tax law and international tax law. He also has extensive experience in management consulting with a focus on star-up support and temporary management.

Mr. Keshariya, a Chartered Accountant and DISA (ICAI) qualified in 1993. Prior to joining this firm, he was Partner of M/s. A.J. Amin & Co.

Karsten Schmidt was born in 1965 in Fulda. He studied business administration at the Fulda Technical College and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, Stuttgart, in 1988. After the fall of the Berlin-Wall in 1989 Karsten was delegated with the task of establishing a new Dresden subsidiary. In the winter of 1990 he decided to stay in Dresden.

After qualifying as a certified public accountant Karsten joined the SGK-Group in 1998. He is now a shareholder and Managing Director of SGK Auditnet GmbH,

Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft.

One of Karsten’s areas of specialist knowledge is the microelectronics industry. Karsten also has extensive experience in business valuations, due diligence, tax consultancy, audits in the public sector and business start-ups.

Lukman Sudjandi, is an executive tax partner and he graduated from the Faculty of Economic of Parahyangan Catholic University. He is the member of the Indonesian Institute of Tax Consultant (IKPI).

Before joining the firm, Lukman has served tax in the major firms such as KPMG, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. With more than 25 years of experience in practicing tax in Indonesia, he has a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax law.

An experienced Chartered Accountant, Mr. Rajiv Rao has been in continuous practice since 1982.
