INAA held its AGM on 17th November 2017 in San Fransisco.
More than 50% of members present or validly represented, hence the quorum was reached.
The AGM approved the annual audited accounts ending 30 June 2017 as well as the budget for 2017/2018.
Two Board members ended their second mandate and could not ber e-elected. The INAA Chairman thanked Carole Bourgeois and Dirc Fröschen for their valuable support as Directors for the past four years.
The AGM elected the following Board members:
- Shariq Contractor, CNK & Associates, India as chairman
- Ed Turner, Turner Stone & Company, USA, as vice-chairman
- Jörg Bornhausen, Bornhausen Consulting, Germany, has been elected for the 1st term as director
- M. Srinivasan, M. Srinivasan & Associates, India, has been elected for the 1st term as director
The current Board is composed of :

- Andrea Baudo, Baudo & Partners, Italy, as director
- Jörg Bornhausen, Bornhausen Consulting, Germany, as director
- M. Srinivasan, M. Srinivasan & Associates, India, as director
- Treasurer: Mark Hubbocks, Wagstaffs, UK
Luca Aniasi, Cees Meijer and Michael Harrison were appointed (unopposed) by a show of hands as the members of the Nominating Committee recruited from members, together with Jay Freeberg and Andrea Baudo from the Board.
Martin Roughley, Joan Ellenbogen and Michael Harrison were appointed as the three standing members of the disciplinary panel for a period of two years. Dirc Fröschen and Duncan McGregor were appointed as the two reserve members of the disciplinary panel for a period of 2 years.
