Mariano Ezequiel Graziano has been a partner at BS&A since 2015.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He has completed tax specialization studies at the University of Buenos Aires.

He is an active member of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA) and the Argentine Association of Tax Studies (AAEF).

He is a specialist in the area of tax advice. He has developed extensive experience working with national and international clients.

He has advised clients on a variety of issues such as international taxation, tax planning, promotional regimes, due diligence processes, etc.

Carlos Solans is a founding partner of BS&A. Before founding BS&A, he served as an auditor at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and as Director of the National Securities Commission during 1991 and 1992. He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires as a Public Accountant. At present, he is a member of the Board of Experts of the Arbitration Court of Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. He has acquired wide experience in auditing and consultancy and served as advisor in important corporate acquisitions and mergers of many clients. He has acted as a party-appointed technical consultant and expert in major national and international arbitrations. Also, he is a member of the boards of directors and statutory auditing committees of local and foreign companies.

Daniel R. Muzzalupo has been a partner at BS&A since 2012.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He has completed postgraduate studies at the IAE Business School (“Executive Master of Business Administration”). He has a Specialization in International Accounting and Auditing Standards (IFRS) and National Standards.

He is a member of the accounting studies committee of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences.

He has developed his professional practice leading the provision of services in national and international companies, both in the corporate field, as well as in family and entrepreneurship businesses. He has extensive experience in the areas of finance, auditing, corporate finance, business valuation, advice and consulting, acquired in all types of industries. He is currently an advisor, auditor and trustee of numerous companies that are under the control of the National Securities Commission (Issuers of Shares and Negotiable Bonds, Mutual Funds, Financial Trusts, Negotiation Agents, Clearing and Settlement Agents, etc.).

He has been a professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and an instructor and speaker at various seminars and conferences on topics in his field.

He is a member of the supervisory committees of important national and international companies.

Facundo López Buttera has been a partner at BS&A since 2015.

He has a degree in Administration from the Universidad del Salvador. He has completed specialized studies in International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Auditing (NIA).

He is an active member of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA).

He is a specialist in Business Process Outsourcing. He advises many national and international clients, mainly in the areas of Real Estate Development, Oil and Gas, Stock Exchanges, Market Agents and Meat-Refrigeration Industries.

He has led and participated in audits of service companies, commercial companies, industrial companies, financial entities and stock exchange companies, mutual funds, due diligence processes and accounting appraisals.

He has led various process consulting processes for national and international companies.
