The INAA Leadership Program is a unique opportunity designed for emerging leaders within the global INAA community. This intensive 12-month program aims to develop essential skills for effective leadership in a global and constantly evolving professional environment.
About the program
Learn
Participants will benefit from 8 online lectures delivered by global thought leaders. Topics include risk management, HR strategies, business development, technology, collaborative networks, and sustainability.
Shape
Participants will be challenged to a come up with a concept which can re-shape the future of auditing and accountancy. The group will be split up into teams and present their idea at an INAA Meeting.
Connect
Throughout the programme, facilitated networking will be organized, allowing the participants to connect and create a new network with colleagues across the globe.

Who can participate?
The program is designed for upcoming leaders with 5 to 7 years of experience, who are expected to enter senior leadership positions within the next 3 to 5 years. There is no age limit.
Goal
Demonstrate your innovative thought leadership by transforming an industry challenge into an actionable opportunity for the accountants and/or auditors of the future.

This year’s cohort followed the below lectures featuring industry leaders sharing insights and stratefies to elevate leadership skills.
This session is all about getting to know your fellow Future Shapers and the taskforce. You will be provided with more information about the programme, how best to approach it and what you will gain along the journey. You will have the opportunity to hear from the Future Shapers Alumni and get some top tips from their experience.
In today's dynamic business landscape, sustainability is a strategic necessity. "Greening Your Business: A Triple Win for the Planet, The People, and Your Practices" is a session aimed at helping businesses adopt sustainable practices. It covers current and upcoming green regulations in Europe and beyond, and outlines the benefits of strong environmental credentials, such as cost savings, staff retention, competitive advantages, and new revenue streams. Led by Elisa Geraci, a seasoned expert in finance and sustainability, participants will gain practical strategies to enhance both their environmental impact and business performance.
This session is designed to help firms maximize their marketing potential by crafting strategies that align with their business objectives. It will cover understanding your unique marketing needs, how to develop an effective marketing strategy, and an overview of the various marketing channels available for use. Participants will learn what actions to take and what pitfalls to avoid, along with practical advice on executing their marketing plans efficiently. By the end of the session, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage marketing to achieve their business goals.
Recent events, from Covid-19 to climate change, have shown how quickly our world can change and highlighted the varied responses of leaders. Some have stepped up and made a significant difference, while others have faltered. These sessions will explore how effective leaders navigate volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, and hyper-connected (VUCAH) times. The goal is to provide you with the mindset, skills, and connections needed to lead through uncertainty. Topics include understanding risk versus uncertainty, self-leadership, the importance of Purpose and Values, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, leading across organizations, and leveraging networks. Led by Sandy Kennedy, these masterclasses will involve light homework, group discussions, and personal reflection, culminating in a summary of key insights and further reading resources.
This masterclass will tackle the importance of personal branding and how to best use Social Media for your professional carreer. It’s led by Vivienne Hsu who has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience. She started her career in advertising at Y&R Canada before moving to London to work at Ogilvy, TBWA, Grey Worldwide and most recently Cognito.
Vivienne is a communications expert and skilled presenter. In this session Vivienne will give her insights as to how to create your personal branding and social media presence.
In Celemi Agile Move™, participants work in teams to explore and develop an agile mindset. This digital business simulation is set in a fictitious company dealing with the typical operational, strategic, and leadership challenges that many companies are facing today.
During the session you will develop a big-picture understanding of what it means to be agile, to create more efficient process, build adaptive teams and react to market conditions.
This will be a fun, facilitator-led experience, with lots of discussions and breakout rooms, working alongside your colleagues to build agile teams and organisations.
This session is led by James Bishop, learning experience designer at Koru Consulting. Koru Consulting is an organization dedicated to creating dynamic learning interventions, especially for leadership teams, based in Hong Kong but operating throughout the world.

A selection committee, composed of INAA board members, will review and score all applications. The top 10 candidates will be selected to participate in the program.
