Mark is our Partner of Business Consulting, specialising in strategy, profit improvement consulting, M&A and financial analysis.

Mark’s past experience focused on due diligence for some of the largest mergers and acquisitions worldwide in the consumer products and services sector, whilst working for Ernst & Young.

Mark moved to Sobell Rhodes to work with entrepreneurial businesses and professional practices, to improve their profitability, growth and financial welfare.

In addition to being a Chartered Certified Accountant, Jeremy is a member of the British Institute of Innkeepers as a result of his successful 13 year managerial career in the restaurants, pubs and leisure sector. The combination of first-hand high level managerial experience, alongside his professional accountancy expertise, means Jeremy brings a unique blend of financial and commercial advice to his clients.

Andrew is the Managing and joint Senior Partner of Sobell Rhodes.

His work with some of the UK's fastest-growing businesses enables him to develop highly successful strategies to help SMEs achieve faster growth and improved profitability. In doing so, he has contributed to the development of the "Complete Advisory Solution," the world's leading advisory toolkits for accountants to help their clients improve their businesses.

Andrew has set up many of Sobell Rhodes' specialist divisions and is a founder of the international accountants association, INAA.

Selwyn is the Audit Compliance and Quality Control partner at Sobell Rhodes. The role enables him to assist clients in setting up strong financial controls and sound management procedures.

He oversees audit and technical training for Sobell Rhodes, as well as encouraging the career advancement of professional personnel.

His specialities include advising overseas companies in relation to operating in the UK, solicitors’ accounting rules audits and he is a member of the ICAEW Solicitors’ Special Interest Group.
