Amos is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1984 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He is also a Certified Financial Planner.

Amos started his auditing career and professional training with the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1978 before establishing his own practice in 1988. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of the accounting profession specializing in auditing, taxation and management consultancy services. He has done numerous assignments in valuation, internal audit, due diligence and related services on merger and acquisition, project and corporate financing engagements and insolvency services.

Amos has spearheaded an Initial Public Offerings (IPO) exercise leading to a successful listing in the Bursa Malaysia. Since 2000, he had been appointed as director in seven public companies listed in Bursa Malaysia and he is currently sitting on the Board of three public listed companies.

Eric Tong Soon Thiam started his career with an international affiliated accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur in 1999 and he has more than 10 years of working experience. During that period he was directly responsible for the audits of public listed companies and multinational companies in various industries. Eric was also involved in Reporting Accountants’ Engagement on initial public offering and fund raising exercise. He also had working experience in an international accounting firm in Singapore.

Hoay Lee is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

She has more than nine years experience in public practice of which 6 years was as a qualified professional. During this period, she gained invaluable experience in both internal and external audits for listed and non-listed companies.

Hoay Lee was also involved in operational and management audits, due diligence, initial public offerings, etc. Apart from leading the firm’s audit team, she is also in charge of staff training and technical research and development programmes.
