SGK AUDITNET GmbH is a part of the SGK Group with locations in Koenigstein near Frankfurt and Kaufbeuren near Munich. SGK AUDITNET GmbH was founded in 2002 by three well established tax advisor firms: SGK Klenke (Koenigstein), SGK Selter & Groepper (Kaufbeuren) and SGK Kuenzel, Schmidt (Heidenau).
We carry out business audits required by law or for other purposes. Our main area of focus are small and medium-sized companies, public sector companies and local councils. Our approach is to deliver an outstanding qualtity on anything we do. To provide an additional benefit for our clients we provied recommendations for future action for our clients and suggest improvements based on the findings of our audit. We audit according to international auditing standards, and support companies in the conversion to international accounting standards (IFRS, US-GAAP). Our quality standards have been confirmed without restriction by a statutory external quality audit (Peer Review).
