Executive Director / Partner

Adeola Adesanya is a pioneer member and currently an Executive Director/Partner at PML. He serves as a key member of the technical team. He has about 14 years experience in providing accounting services, International Financial Reporting Standards implementation and other financial advisory services to clients; and serving the growing PML’s clientele. He currently oversees the deployment of specialized software – GRC, accounting and HR software, accounting service and HR outsourcing functions of the company.

He ensures quality assurance in software deployment and accounting service functions. He has been involved in Financial Due Diligence projects and review of Internal Audit practice for financial institutions. An Accounting and business software facilitator. Adeola enjoy engaging in business and economic analysis.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, he worked at BGL Plc in Financial Control and Investment Management department. Adeola has experience in financial and regulatory reporting, review of management account for the purpose of audit preparation, portfolio and bank reconciliation, management of corporate and high net worth individuals’ portfolio, team player in market making activities.
Adeola holds an MBA in Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). A certified Sage 200 evolution and Sage 300 implementer. He is also certified in Sage 300 People HR and Payroll software.

CEO / Partner

Drawing from his over 16 years of business experience and management roots from the Big Four, Abiola provides overall leadership for the Company. Prior to joining PML Advisory, Abiola worked at KPMG and rose to the position of Manager before joining IFRS Partner Limited (a subsidiary of Issues Central Inc. Canada) as Senior Consultant.

Abiola has extensive experience in audit, International Financial Reporting Standards, risk management, accounting services, financial advisory, process improvement and business development working with clients in banking, insurance, assets management, pension, private equity fund, funds, NGOs/donor agencies and regulators. A goal getter with passion for quality and results.

Abiola focuses on the Company’s strategic vision, product development and leads a high-caliber team and consultant base, primarily made up of Big Four professionals with choice credentials and substantial industry experience. Outside his Big 4 global working experience, he has acquired vast experience working with PML Advisory partners across the globe.

Abiola is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Information System Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, sun State.
