Younes Toukhssati is a seasoned accounting and audit professional with  over 15 years of experience in financial auditing, tax advisory, and corporate consulting. He currently  serves as the Managing Partner at BT Conseil, a Casablanca-based firm specializing in audit,  accounting, tax, and financial advisory services. Throughout his career, Younes has held key positions at prominent firms, including RSM Acconcil and Maroc Baker Tilly, where he led statutory and contractual audit missions, evaluated internal  control procedures, and provided comprehensive tax and accounting services to a diverse clientele.  His expertise encompasses financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll management, and strategic  business consulting.

Omar TOUKHSSATI is a chartered accountant registered with the Moroccan  Order of Chartered Accountants. With over 20 years of experience in auditing, advisory, organization,  and international standards consolidation, he founded BLK ADVISORY FIRM in 2012. His mission is  to support business leaders in effectively managing and growing their organizations.
