Yap Chee Wei started his auditing career as an audit assistant and grew to become an Audit Principal over a span of 21 years in 4 different international accounting firms. His vast experience includes auditing of public and private limited companies as well as multinational companies from various industries. He has also dealt with counterparts and clients from various countries, including China, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore etc. Besides statutory audits, he was also involved in internal audit engagements, due diligence, reviewing financial forecast and projections. Yap is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Ralph Uenk obtained his title as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to his tenure at Countus, he served as an Audit Manager at PwC. He has extensive expertise in auditing and providing counsel to businesses operating within the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. Presently, he is member of the board and public accountant at Countus Audit. Birgit started her career at Dr. Neumann, Schmeer und Partner mbB in 2000. She is a certified accountant and was admitted as a tax consultant in 2004.

Adeola Adesanya is a pioneer member and currently an Executive Director/Partner at PML. He serves as a key member of the technical team. He has about 14 years experience in providing accounting services, International Financial Reporting Standards implementation and other financial advisory services to clients; and serving the growing PML’s clientele. He currently oversees the deployment of specialized software – GRC, accounting and HR software, accounting service and HR outsourcing functions of the company.

He ensures quality assurance in software deployment and accounting service functions. He has been involved in Financial Due Diligence projects and review of Internal Audit practice for financial institutions. An Accounting and business software facilitator. Adeola enjoy engaging in business and economic analysis.

Prior to joining PML Advisory, he worked at BGL Plc in Financial Control and Investment Management department. Jamie is a member of ACCA and CIOT and heads up the tax department at Wagstaffs. With an extensive background in auditing small and medium enterprises, Jamie is a specialist in the corporate tax regime, particularly relating to international enterprises trading in the UK. Ed lives in Richardson (a Dallas suburb) with his wife Jenny and together they have three daughters and a son.  His outside interests include golf and tennis.  In addition, he is an active member of the Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Karsten Schmidt was born in 1965 in Fulda. He studied business administration at the Fulda Technical College and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, Stuttgart, in 1988. After the fall of the Berlin-Wall in 1989 Karsten was delegated with the task of establishing a new Dresden subsidiary. In the winter of 1990 he decided to stay in Dresden.
