I was associated with A. J. Shah & Company (AJS), Chartered Accountants since 1997 and became a partner in 2005. In AJS, was a key member of the core team that established a niche practice area catering internal audit and advisory services to the capital markets segment. I have an experience of over 18 years in the field of Internal audit & assurance services covering the entire gamut of banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, Mutual funds, AMCs, Non Banking Financial Companies and corporate broking houses. She is also focusing on Internal Financial Controls review & Risk Assessments. I have a strong technical orientation and is leading IT initiatives within the Firm. My technology experience includes systems audits & system related controls review, functional understanding of SAP, Oracle based software in the BFSI and Shipping sector. I was a member of the Professional Development Committee of WIRC and has been a member of the Human Resource Development Committee of BCAS.
