Mark HUBBOCKS
Introduction
Mark, heads our audit practice. He has a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and provides audit, accounts and tax support. He has particular experience in supporting UK subsidiaries of overseas groups and travels extensively. He frequently deals with business planning and financial forecasting as well as funding and grant applications.
Mark offers strategic advise to clients and acts a non executive director in many cases, offering objective commercial input in their decision making.
Mark has also advised on the design and implementation of company internal control, working in partnership with clients to understand the reporting requirements of their businesses.

Audit partner dealing with a range of audit clients. I also undertake a range of corporate finance based work - ranging from raising funds for growth - to business acquisition and sale. I also sit on a number of Boards - acting as a non executive director, providing strategic and financial advice to a range of companies, helping them to understand all aspects of their finances and working with them to set and achieve company and personal aims whilst maintaining tax efficiencies en-route.
