Certified Public Accountant graduated from the “Universidad de la República” (University of the Republic), holding a Master Degree in Law and Tax Practice from the “Universidad de Montevideo” (University of Montevideo), Uruguay. Master degree in Internation Taxation from the "Universidad Austral", Buenos Aires, Argentina. Master Degree in International Aspects of Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, USA.
Education
Certified Public Accountant graduated from the “Universidad de la República” (University of the Republic), holding a Master Degree in Law and Tax Practice from the “Universidad de Montevideo” (University of Montevideo), Uruguay. Master degree in Internation Taxation from the "Universidad Austral", Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a degree in International Aspects of Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, USA. Professor between 1999 and 2003 at the University of the Republic in the chair of “Introduction to Accountancy” and “Basic Accountancy”; and since 2001, incumbent professor at “Universidad ORT” (ORT University) in the chair “Taxes” (responsible professor of the chair) and in the Master Course on Taxes and Accountancy in the subjects “Income and Wealth Taxes” and “Financing Decisions and Tax Effects”.
