Jamie SPENDER

Jamie is a member of ACCA and CIOT and heads up the tax department at Wagstaffs. With an extensive background in auditing small and medium enterprises, Jamie is a specialist in the corporate tax regime, particularly relating to international enterprises trading in the UK. Jamie also deals with research and development tax credit claims, claims under the patent box regime and tax planning aspects on group restructuring.

In addition to corporate work, Jamie deals with a number of high net worth individuals including landed estates, family and charitable trusts together with providing tax consultancy to legal advisors, independent accountants and overseas individuals.
