and abroad. Assists foreign companies in opening operations in Italy.

Assists clients in tax litigation. Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of companies belonging to major multinationals.

Specialist in: Corporate law, company and group restructuring, tax litigation, national and international taxation and corporate consultancy.

 

Antonella Baudo

With a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan, Antonella Baudo activities include administrative, accounting, management and tax consultancy for Italian and foreign companies. Assists clients in preparing annual and interim financial statements, monthly and quarterly reports, in preparing periodic and annual tax returns, in the daily management of accounting and tax issues, especially in litigation. Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial companies operating in national and international markets.

Andrea Baudo

With a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan, Andrea Baudo activities include administrative-management and tax consultancy for Italian and foreign companies, assisting them in preparing annual and interim financial statements, in intercompany reporting, financial management and tax planning.

Assists clients in extraordinary restructuring, merger and acquisition operations. Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of companies operating in national and international markets in the industrial

With a diploma in accounting and after working in a company,

Alessandro Cavallari embarked on his professional career,

as well as in the field of Value Added Tax with regard to national and international transactions.
