The company has one office which is centrally located in Valletta.

 

The firm mainly carries out auditing and taxation of local and foreign companies.  It has a large portfolio of companies which mainly consists of: local and sea transport agents, printing press, import/export of hospital equipment, acquaculture, fashion business, construction, restaurants, fund management companies, books and educational books, office equipment, environmental companies, leasing (of boats and office premises), food supermarket, market research, sale and purchase of boats, sea freight support companies, chandlery of ships and boats, and shipping and yacht agents.

 

The company acts as liquidator for both local and international companies.

 

The company provides management consultancy as well as EU funding and vat leasing structures for pleasure boats.

 

The associate of Anton Chetcuti Ganado & Associates, Corporate Services Limited comprises of three directors being Anton Chetcuti Ganado, Amanda Chetcuti Ganado B. Comm and Dr Edward Firman Ph d.  The company registers international companies and carries out general back office support of international companies and both administration and management accounting.  The company does back office support for fund management companies.  The portfolio of clients comprise mainly of general import/export, pharmaceuticals, marketing and consultancy, investment companies, chemicals, petroleum, steel, medical equipment, royalties, car renting and leasing, computer software and hard ward and various holding companies.  Corporate Services Limited also offers payroll services to its local and international clients.

 

The international clients of the company are mainly from UK, France, Italy , Spain, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Sweden, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Turkey and China.

 

The company is a licensed trustee and also sets up trusts apart from acting as trustee.

 

The company offers tax consultancy and compliance services to its clients which comprises of compiling of tax returns and application of tax refunds which is applicable in most cases.

 

Clients are offered vat consultancy and the compiling of vat returns and application for vat refunds for local and other EU countries.

 

The company registers ships, commercial and pleasure yachts and aircraft.

Anton Chetcuti Ganado has a licence to apply for a Residency registrations and citizenship registrations.
