Yap Chee Wei started his auditing career as an audit assistant and grew to become an Audit Principal over a span of 21 years in 4 different international accounting firms. His vast experience includes auditing of public and private limited companies as well as multinational companies from various industries. He has also dealt with counterparts and clients from various countries, including China, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore etc. Besides statutory audits, he was also involved in internal audit engagements, due diligence, reviewing financial forecast and projections. Yap is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Ralph Uenk obtained his title as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to his tenure at Countus, he served as an Audit Manager at PwC. He has extensive expertise in auditing and providing counsel to businesses operating within the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. Presently, he is member of the board and public accountant at Countus Audit. Adeola Adesanya is a pioneer member and currently an Executive Director/Partner at PML. He serves as a key member of the technical team. He has about 14 years experience in providing accounting services, International Financial Reporting Standards implementation and other financial advisory services to clients; and serving the growing PML’s clientele. He currently oversees the deployment of specialized software – GRC, accounting and HR software, accounting service and HR outsourcing functions of the company.

He ensures quality assurance in software deployment and accounting service functions. Adeola enjoy engaging in business and economic analysis.

Jamie is a member of ACCA and CIOT and heads up the tax department at Wagstaffs. With an extensive background in auditing small and medium enterprises, Jamie is a specialist in the corporate tax regime, particularly relating to international enterprises trading in the UK. Ed has been involved with public accounting for over 37 years, the majority with Turner, Stone & Company, LLP (TSC).  His experience includes auditing, accounting and tax related services to individuals and business in many industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate and not-for-profit.  His client responsibilities include businesses with foreign operations as well as U.S. subsidiaries of foreign corporations.

Ed lives in Richardson (a Dallas suburb) with his wife Jenny and together they have three daughters and a son.  His outside interests include golf and tennis.  In addition, he is an active member of the Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Ed is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and its Dallas Chapter and of the American Institute of CPAs.  He has previously served seven years on the TSCPA Peer Review Committee.

Werner Egger received his degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) in 2006. He has worked as a management consultant for Confida since 2001 and was appointed tax consultant in 2008 and public accountant  in 2013. His focus is on tax consulting for clients, including criminal tax law and international tax law. He also has extensive experience in management consulting with a focus on star-up support and temporary management.

Born in the UK and educated in the US, Nick founded Puente Sur in 1995 in Santiago, Chile. Over the past 17 years, Nick has grown the company from a two-person office to 50+ employees serving over 70 clients operating in a broad range of industries. He is either the legal representative for or on the Board of Directors of over 30 companies in Chile. Prior to forming Puente Sur, Nick held positions at Citicorp in Santiago and at Morningstar (financial publishing company) in Chicago. He is married and has three boys.

Lukman Sudjandi, is an executive tax partner and he graduated from the Faculty of Economic of Parahyangan Catholic University. He is the member of the Indonesian Institute of Tax Consultant (IKPI).

Karsten Schmidt was born in 1965 in Fulda. He studied business administration at the Fulda Technical College and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, Stuttgart, in 1988. After the fall of the Berlin-Wall in 1989 Karsten was delegated with the task of establishing a new Dresden subsidiary. In the winter of 1990 he decided to stay in Dresden.

After qualifying as a certified public accountant Karsten joined the SGK-Group in 1998. He is now a shareholder and Managing Director of SGK Auditnet GmbH,
