MEETING CANCELLATION
Dear INAA members,
Since our email dated 6 March, the WHO has made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic, therefore, keeping our members’s health and well-being as our number one priority, this is with much sadness that I and the INAA board had to take the decision to cancel our upcoming meeting in Montreal.
Not only the current and probably future travel bans and lock-downs make it impossible for most of our members to attend the event in May but we are also aware that when the travel bans and lock downs will be behind us, each of us will need to get up to speed with normal business and life.
Montreal is an important destination for INAA to attract new Members (we already had a few confirmed observers), Sara and Nadège are therefore exploring different scenarios, including the postponment to November (in lieu of holding the meeting in Budapest) or May 2021.
We will communicate further on this in the coming days.
All of you who already registered will be fully reimbursed. I would advise you to check your insurance companies or credit card companies for airfare reimbursement.
Best regards to all and please do keep safe.
