The Department of Trade and Industry launched this website to help workers and employers find out how the National Minimum Wage applies to them. The national minimum wage is the first area of employment rights legislation to be included on this interactive site, however the aim is for the site to cover a variety of employment rights issues. The site also contains information on SMP and maternity leave.
