Full membership

  • Member firms should have the required qualifications to carry out professional work in the country in which they conduct their business.
  • Member firms should have the relevant staff and facilities to provide a high quality and efficient service to other members of INAA.
  • Member firms should have adequate professional indemnity insurance.

INAA Expert Alliance membership

Admission to membership of the INAA Expert Alliance (IEA) is open to organisations which can demonstrate that they can provide services which are complimentary to the Professional Services as defined in the INAA Regulations and such organisations will be required to agree not to provide any of the Professional Services as defined in the INAA Regulations without the prior written consent of the Board.

The conditions attaching to IEA membership can be summarised as follows:

  • That the IEA Member shall satisfy the Board that it is a member of a recognised regulatory body.
  • That the IEA Member shall demonstrate that it can provide services which are complimentary to the Professional Services as defined in the INAA Regulations and shall agree not to provide any of the Professional Services as defined in the INAA Regulations without the prior written consent of the Board.
  • That an IEA Member will be bound by the INAA Agreement as amended from time to time and will be subject to the INAA Quality Standard.
  • Any INAA Member will have the right to object to the admission of an organisation which has applied for IEA membership in the territory in which the INAA Member operates. Such objections will be considered by the Board and the Board will have the final decision as to whether to admit the prospective IEA Member.
  • INAA will retain the right to terminate an IEA Member's membership if the Board decides to accept an application for full membership in an IEA Member's territory.
  • Fees – If the IEA Member is permitted under its governing or regulatory body to pay referral fees: Annual Fees EUR 3,000/Referral fees 10%.
  • Fees – If the IEA Member is not permitted under its governing or regulatory body to pay referral fees: Annual Fees EUR 5,000.
  • No voting rights will be granted.
